Makes key contributions to the delivery of IT LAM. Uses technical skills to independently execute high quality data-related projects and assignments in a timely manner.
1. Plans, organizes, develops and delivers client-requested projects within prescribed time schedule.
2. Manages client databases utilizing and maintaining Urban Science proprietary software systems.
3. Tracks, processes, analyzes and verifies data.
4. Creates and generates client reports and deliverables.
5. Adheres to quality control standards for Urban Science and client organizations.
6. Other duties as assigned.

College level math skills, solid mathematical and analytical grounding, and basic descriptive statistics.
Skills to execute simple statistical analysis software program and create scatter plots, bar charts and histograms.
Knowledge of relational database fundamentals, including creating and executing queries, creating scripts, importing/exporting data, and manipulating data.
Ability to collaborate, possess team orientation, strong organization skills, attention to detail to competing demands, manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to analyze problems and identify alternative solutions, applying appropriate Urban Science methodology.
Oral communication skills necessary to express ideas clearly to individuals and groups, including clients, preferably in English and the local area language.
Written communication skills necessary to effectively communicate ideas in a clear, concise manner at a level appropriate for the audience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Must possess a combination of education and experience as follows:
Must hold a baccalaureate degree in engineering, applied math, computer engineering, applied science, MIS or other technical degree, from an accredited Mexican college, university or equivalent foreign institution.
Other technical degrees may be considered if complemented by demonstrated interest and ability to apply scientific knowledge to solve practical business problems and proficiency in quantitative analysis.
Minimum three years’ work experience in Operations Department or equivalent.
Proficient with ASP .NET, SQL Server, and Web Services experience required.
Must have demonstrated programming proficiency in C#.
Microsoft Word, Access and Excel skills required.
Use of SQL Server Integration and Reporting Services.
