EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree required (degrees in human resources, finance, business management, economics or related strongly preferred)
4-7 years related work experience required, including experience with position benchmarking, compensation systems, tools and processes
Global compensation experience strongly preferred
