  • Overview and Summary

    The Contractual Analyst will apply sound business judgment to complete compliance review and analysis of client dealership contractual changes.  The individual in this position will ensure business proposals comply with company process/procedures, review contract changes with client decision makers, and if necessary execute new contracts and contractual changes.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    • Prepares thorough dealer contracts and oversees the dealer contractual management processes.
    • Interprets franchise laws and initiates correct corresponding actions regarding relocations, statutory notifications, etc.
    • Initiates effective and appropriate communication with automotive dealers. Notifies internal and external stakeholders of a pending dealer changes.
    • Coordinates with corporate legal, market analysis, and other subject matter experts as needed for dealership contractual changes.
    • Secures input and approval from decision-makers regarding dealership contractual changes.
    • Anticipates and resolves issues that arise during contract processes.
    • Tracks, maintains, and reports client data; including dealer contract files and change proposals.
    • Develops and maintains effective and positive relationships, with both clients and team members
    • Works directly with Dealer Organization Managers.
    • Conducts market analysis studies and responds to dealer proposals utilizing Urban Science network planning methodologies.
    • Utilizes business and financial analysis skills to perform calculations of net working capital and verify dealer financial information.
    • Ensures quality, timeliness and customer satisfaction of all client requested dealership contractual deliverables.

    • Must possess Baccalaureate degree in related field such as Business, Finance, or Information Systems from an accredited U.S. college or university, or equivalent foreign institution.

    • Understanding of college-level math required.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.

    • 1+ years professional work experience preferred.

    • Automotive, mortgage, loan, or banking experience preferred.
