The Senior Manager is primarily responsible for managing client solutions including Dealer Network Planning and New Vehicle Sales Solutions, focused on renewing current contracts, helping to develop new business and assuming responsibility for delivery of projects. Automotive OEM and team leadership experience is strongly desired for this role. This position is heavily focused on client relationship building, project management (related to data analytics, proprietary software and client consulting) and presenting to senior level management.
Team Management Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of RSTMM (recruit, select, train, manage, motivate) of selected staff.
