The Manager will support retail market analysis and planning for our automotive client. This influential role is focused on client support, relationship building, project management, training, and presentation of data and business improvement concepts to senior level management. The manager must also possess client facing (preferably Automotive) experience as well as data analysis, team and project management, and some database related technical skills/knowledge. Intermediate SQL skills, importing/exporting and querying data from SQL server, required for this role. Position is located on-site in Auburn Hills, MI.
Team Management Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of RSTMM (recruit, select, train, manage, motivate) of selected staff.
