    Position Overview: This is an exciting career opportunity for a Manager to support the delivery of Data Analytics and Consulting solutions and services on a client facing account team.  In this particular role, you would be working directly on site at an Automotive Manufacturing client (corporate offices not a dealership) and you will be responsible for customer related projects and their successful implementation.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Working closely with the sales team of an Automotive industry client, developing sales strategies and concrete measures to increase dealer performance.
    • Supporting cross-divisional initiatives such as customer satisfaction, performance measurement or marketing, and taking part in various customer meetings.
    • Analyzing sales data, identifying trends and potential scenarios, and delivering insights derived from the data to the client(s) in the form of robust reporting and presentations. Developing and delivering recommendations or improvement measures.
    • Defining and interpreting critical KPIs, developing thematic reports and dashboards.
    • Leading weekly project status meetings and planning and preparing quarterly reviews.
    • Maintaining close relationships and exchange of information with the sales organization (field service, sales, related departments).

    Qualifications - Education and Experience

    The ideal profile:

     

    • At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year with an automobile manufacturer or car dealership, or in a related consulting role.
    • Professional experience in sales or process optimization in sales. Knowledge of the automotive industry and processes at dealerships highly desirable
    • Pronounced analytical and statistical conceptual skills.
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills
    • Client facing and a strong customer service experience.
    • Proven ability in deriving insights from data, breaking down complex concepts derived and effectively communicating them to customers at all levels of the organization: from field staff to senior management and executives.
    • Proactive, entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and demeanor required.
    • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong data visualization skills
    • University degree or equivalent qualification
    • Fluency in German and English
