Workplace flexibility has taken on a whole new meaning here at Urban Science. The requirements of each team, role and employee can look quite different. Leaders collaborate with their teams to determine the right balance for working in-person and remotely, considering the needs of the business, our clients, cross-functional projects, individual work, and individual preference. Position preference is for candidates local to the NJ area; All candidates even if remote must be available and willing to travel to the NJ office or client office at least one to two days per week. During the initial training possibly a little more travel to the NJ office for the benefit of in person learning.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This person will be responsible for the delivery of client services supporting our LeadView and TrafficView solutions. This person will use technical skills to execute high quality data-related projects and assignments with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
University degree required; technical degrees are strongly preferred (i.e., engineering, applied math, statistics, applied science, information systems, operations research, etc.) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent foreign institution. Non-technical degrees will be considered if candidate possesses appropriate level of analytical and technical knowledge required for the role
Base Salary Range: The salary range for the Coastal Region is $70,000 to $75,000 with the possibility of a discretionary bonus. The range is based on market pay structures, but individual salaries are determined by factors such as business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications including skills, education, and experience.
