THE ROLE
Urban Science is looking for a curious, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Intern to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all HR functions from recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement and operations, while contributing to real projects that drive our people strategy forward. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, data-driven environment where innovation and performance go hand in hand. This is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about HR and eager to learn in a setting that values both precision and creativity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’ll play a key role in onboarding new hires, facilitating orientations, ensuring documentation is complete, and supporting their smooth transition into the company. You’ll help drive recruitment efforts by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate records. You’ll contribute to employee engagement, training sessions, and HR operations, including data analysis, reporting, and event logistics. Along the way, you’ll collaborate across teams, assist with administrative tasks, and take initiative on special projects that make a real impact.
