Position Overview: This position is part of an account team responsible for supporting the delivery and evolution of the AfterSales Performance - Urban Science solution, with responsibility for managing monthly reporting, advanced analytics, and ongoing network support. The position requires close collaboration with client stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and insight-driven deliverables. Key responsibilities include processing and analyzing complex datasets, developing advanced SQL queries and stored procedures, and producing clear, visually compelling reports and presentations that translate data into actionable business insights. The role also involves providing hands-on support across analytics tools and sustainment and project-based work, while demonstrating strong workload management, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage client relationships and expectations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This Dallas-based role follows a hybrid schedule, with in-person work at our Plano, TX office approximately twice per week and occasional visits to client site as needed. Flexibility may evolve based on business needs. During onboarding, additional in-person time may be required to support hands-on training and a smooth start.

Education and Certifications:
University degree required; technical degrees are strongly preferred (i.e., engineering, applied math, statistics, applied science, information systems, operations research, etc.) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent foreign institution. Non-technical degrees will be considered if candidate possesses appropriate level of analytical and technical knowledge required for the role.
Minimum of 2-4 years related work experience required (4 years' experience preferred) for Consultant level
