The Senior Manager is primarily responsible for managing client solutions including Dealer Network Planning and New Vehicle Sales Solutions, focused on renewing current contracts, helping to develop new business and assuming responsibility for delivery of projects. Automotive OEM and team leadership experience is strongly desired for this role. This position is heavily focused on client relationship building, project management (related to data analytics, proprietary software and client consulting) and presenting to senior level management.

The Global Practice Director will further develop and implement an Enterprise Lead Solution strategy for Urban Science. This includes defining, prioritizing and planning the portfolio of products/solutions within the enterprise lead solution family. This person will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to determine new solutions and enhancements that drive overall market performance and positioning solutions in the market to help achieve the company’s vision and growth objectives.
This person will be recognized in the automotive industry as an expert in dealer digital marketing solutions and have a deep understanding of the following: retail traffic generation, media optimization, lead management, digital advertising, social media and reputation management, dealer website architecture and design.
This Manager/Sr. Manager role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Automotive OEM client services which are mainly focused on Dealership Network Analysis (analyzing networks of Automotive Dealerships for optimal operational efficiency and profitability) projects. This position is heavily focused on client relationship building and sustainment, project management and presenting project conclusions to mid-level management.
The position also holds responsibility for effectively managing and motivating a small team of direct reports. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, client facing and technical skills (not developer level - mostly SQL, Advanced Excel and using Proprietary Software). University degree required; analytical or technical degrees are strongly preferred (i.e., engineering, applied math, statistics, applied science, information systems, operations research, etc.) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent foreign institution. Non-technical degrees considered with right combination of experience related to the position requirements.
